Product Description
This is a WooCommerce plugin that implement Facebook Social Plugins that let the users liked, commented or shared your site’s contents with their friends and family.
After you installed the plugin, you need to go to WooCommerce Sidebar Panel, there will be a new menu link called ‘FB Social Plugins’ where you can update the options as below:
There is 3 social plugins available right now:
* User default Facebook App ID, or you need to apply here (https://developers.facebook.com/apps)
* Choose 78 languages at option “Language Settings”
1. Facebook Like & Send Button
* Enable or disabled the button at product page
* Set ‘Width’ – default(450) in px
* Choose ‘Display Position’:
a) Default
b) Before Product Title
c) After Product Title
d) After Product Price
e) After Short Desc
f) After SKU,Categories & Tags
g) Below Product Tab
* Choose ‘Button Alignment’ – default(left) or right
* Choose ‘Verb to display’ for LIKE button – default(like) or recommend
* Choose ‘Color Scheme’ – default(light) or dark button
* Choose ‘Font’ – default or custom font (Arial, Lucida Grande, Segeo UI, Tahoma, Trebuchet MS, Verdana)
* Enable ‘Show Like button only’ option (optional)
2. Facebook Comments
* Enable or disabled the comments at product page
* Set ‘Width’ – default(470) in px
* Choose ‘Display Position’:
a) Default
b) After Short Desc
c) As A New Product Tab
* Set ‘Number of posts’ – default(2)
* Choose ‘Color Scheme’ – default(light) or dark button
* Choose ‘Order By’
a) Latest
b) Begin with First One
c) Social Pattern
3. Facebook Recommendations Bar
* Enable or disabled the recommendations bar that float at bottom left or right page
* Set ‘Read Time’ – default(30) – The number of seconds before the plugin will expand
* Choose ‘Verb to display’ for LIKE button – default(like) or recommend
* Choose ‘Side’:
a) Right
b) Left
All your visitors now can share content through their facebook, and it has become the best way to drive traffic.
NOTE: This plugin requires the WooCommerce Extension and you need to manually enable the social plugins you prefer after the plugin installation.
IMPORTANT TIPS:
Facebook Comments moderation requires you to create a Facebook “app”. If you do not already have one follow these steps:
1. Go to https://developers.facebook.com/apps
2. Click on “Create app” (top right)
3. Enter a name, eg “your website”, click continue and complete the captcha if required
4. You should now see a page with your app. You should see App ID: [followed by some numbers]
5. Enter this app id in FB Social Plugins section
6. You can now moderate all comments from one central page: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/comments
