Most people do not want to become prompt engineers. They want clearer outputs, fewer mistakes and more confidence using AI in daily work. That changes how training should be designed. Instead of teaching syntax first, begin with outcome framing. What is the person trying to produce? A report, a client reply, a lesson plan, a summary or a checklist? 

Then teach structure through examples. Show a weak prompt, a stronger prompt and the reason the second one performs better. People learn faster when they can compare inputs and outputs directly. 

The final step is repetition inside their own context. The best workshop moment is when a participant improves a real task they need again tomorrow. That is when prompt engineering stops feeling technical and starts feeling useful.
